SKILLED NURSING AND REHABILITATION
We provide skilled nursing and rehabilitation services in Duncan, OK, for individuals who have been discharged from the hospital after illness or injury and temporarily need 24-hour nursing care and rehabilitation to regain their strength before returning home.
Our goal is to develop plans for each individual and work to regain their ability to function independently and return home. Our rehabilitation services include physical, occupational and speech therapy.
Skilled nursing and rehabilitation services are provided to individuals with traditional Medicare.
LONG TERM CARE
Our long term care program offers 24 hour nursing care along with a variety of recreational activities and social services tailored to the resident's individual needs.
For residents requiring long term care, we help provide the opportunity for creating a warm and caring home for them and their families. Creating a home-like atmosphere helps us to cultivate relationships between our staff and your loved one. Family involvement is essential to providing quality care and is imperative to the residents to enhance their quality of life.

MEDICATION MONITORING SERVICES
There comes a point in everyone’s life when they may no longer be able to take care of themselves. Elk Crossing Nursing and Rehabilitation provides the support that retirees and their families require, including Medication Monitoring services, which we are more than happy to offer.
NUTRITIONAL AND DIETARY COUNSELING
Many of our community members at Elk Crossing Nursing and Rehabilitation require some degree of health and well-being monitoring. Our Nursing Home provides complimentary and customizable Nutritional and Dietary Counseling services for all our residents. By catering to the personal needs of each resident, we go just one step further to make everyone feel like they’re truly at home at Elk Crossing Nursing and Rehabilitation.
